BBL – Bacon Bruschetta Lettuce

So, after making my home made bacon I wanted to try it out with dinner somehow. I decided that a BLT would be a good idea to showcase it. However, I wanted to go something a little fanicer, so I thought what if I made it Bruschetta instead of just Tomatoes.
Ingredients:
- Bacon - 3-4 slices per sandwhich
- Keiser Roll - 1 per sandwhich
- diced tomatoes - 2 whole tomatoes
- Onion - 1/2 a onion
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Basil - 1 handfull
- Olive Oil - To Taste
- Salt - To Taste
- Pepper - To Taste
- Lettuce - A couple leaves
- Gorgonzolla Cheese - Crumbled
Instructions:
- Cook Bacon
- Dice Tomatoes
- Dice Onion
- Dice Garlic
- Combine garlic, onion, tomatoes, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Lay a bed of lettuce on your keiser roll
- Add Bruschetta mixture on top of lettuce.
- Add Bacon, cheese and what ever condiment you may want and eat away!
